I tried using <code></code> in Template:Infobox but it didn't seem to work. Trying other parser functions like <code></code> didn't seem to display anything either. Have parser functions not been set up yet? I'm not familiar with MediaWiki internals, but as far as I can tell it's an extension that you have to activate. If this can be enabled then please do so, so that I can fix the bug with the infobox (unless there's a way to do it without using an if function). — roxwize [ talk ] 14:24, 21 February 2024 (EST) | I tried using <code></code> in Template:Infobox but it didn't seem to work. I figure, for future consistency, we should decide on whether dates will be formatted as day-month-year or month-day-year. We could do what Wikipedia does and have it depend on the article but there's no point in that. I'm in support of DMY being the date "standard". Thoughts? We could put it to a vote. | |||
For reference, DMY is "17 April 2024" and MDY is "April 17, 2024". — roxwize [ talk ] 14:31, 17 April 2024 (EDT) |

Parser functions
I tried using
in Template:Infobox but it didn't seem to work. Trying other parser functions like
didn't seem to display anything either. Have parser functions not been set up yet? I'm not familiar with MediaWiki internals, but as far as I can tell it's an extension that you have to activate. If this can be enabled then please do so, so that I can fix the bug with the infobox (unless there's a way to do it without using an if function). — roxwize [ talk ] 14:24, 21 February 2024 (EST)

DMY / MDY?
I figure, for future consistency, we should decide on whether dates will be formatted as day-month-year or month-day-year. We could do what Wikipedia does and have it depend on the article but there's no point in that. I'm in support of DMY being the date "standard". Thoughts? We could put it to a vote.
For reference, DMY is "17 April 2024" and MDY is "April 17, 2024". — roxwize [ talk ] 14:31, 17 April 2024 (EDT)
