History
One of the first ever live shows played by Autechre.[1][2][3] Autechre was already fans of Oscillate back when it was called Jasmyns.[4]
The first and last track are "Lanx 1" and "Lanx 2" respectively (a later version was released as "Lanx 3") The second track was originally going to be "Crystel" like the other shows around the time, but due to issues with the 202 that night, they instead improvised.[5]

"Rob Brown: There was a funny thing that happened in the mid-'90s: we were quite young and felt like we were being adopted by people maybe half a generation older than us. Like the Oscillate lot—we did our first ever proper gig in Birmingham for them—or the Megadog people, 'cause we'd end up touring with them. Sean Booth: Got to interrupt to say, Oscillate, fucking legendary night that, doesn't get nearly enough props."
