Envane is the fifth EP by Autechre released on Warp Records. It was originally released on January 27th, 1997.
History
In We are the music makers, November 1997, Sean explained that all of the tracks started from the same basis, however over the course of working on-and-off the tracks alongside other material, each track became more and more distinct until it ended up as Envane.

Goz Quarter
- "Goz Quarter" samples Dr Octagon (Kool Keith) - No Awareness. The sampled line in question was confirmed to be “Watch you jam like Autechre”. [1]
- Rob mentioned that the scratching on the track is real. [2]
Latent Quarter
Laughing Quarter
- On the XAE version of Envane, "Laughing Quarter" has an alternate outro.
