Cichlisuite, sometimes written as Cichli Suite, is the sixth EP by Autechre released on Warp Records. It was originally release on August 26th, 1997.[1]
History
The EP was completed in 1997, after a run of shows with Edgar.[2]
Sean mentioned that a few tracks on Cichlisuite were entirely Nord Lead.[3]
The official pronounciation of Cichilisuite is "sickly sweet".[4]

- "Pencha" was made using Nord Lead and Yahama RY30 with Logic Pro Environment. [5]
Characi
- Characids are a type of fish from the Cichlid family.
Krib
- For "Krib", the kicks were "fingertips on a loose painting canvas" and the snares were "shot glasses".[6]
