Trivia
- Tri repetae translates to "three times" in Latin.
- The track name, “Rsdio” is likely a reference to the BOSS RSD-10 Sampler/Delay unit.
- Tri Repetae is the first Autechre album to have a bonus track for the Japanese CD release.
- Tri Repetae is the first Autechre album to have its title include a numerical reference to the album's placement in the discography (tri = three). Other subsequent records which also clearly reference the placement number in the title include LP5, Draft 7.30 and Exai.
- "Tri Repetae" might be a way of saying "Try Again", due to Autechre not feeling like Incunabula was their true first album, and Amber being the result of Warp Records commissioning an album to be made as quickly as possible. The blank artwork may tie into this theory, as to represent a clean slate or fresh start.
