Used to cite an answer by Sean or Rob from the 2013 WATMM AMA.
An example of usage is the following:

which will cite the answer to question (row) 809 in the document as a reference. You can override the column chosen (default D) by using the cell parameter. Additionally, you can cite a range of rows by providing a second parameter which will make the link select every row inbetween the first two parameters (inclusive).
