== History ==
Much of ''Untilted'' uses "bits of drum machines, old MIDI sequencers, old analogue sequencers, MPCs, basically the whole gamut of equipment we’ve had around us for ages".<ref>{{Cite interview|page=Sean Booth Interview taken by Peter Hollo, March 2005}}</ref> Much of the equipment that was used for ''Untilted'' ended up also being used for ''[[Quaristice]]''.<ref>[[Interview with SB for Reverb Magazine, January 2008]]</ref> In a Pitchfork interview, they mentioned that "there's no generative work or fader based MIDI stuff" on ''Untilted.''<ref name=":0">[[Pitchfork Interview, April 2005]]</ref>

*Around the time of the bfhmp3 leak for ''Untilted'', a fake version of the record started circulating on file sharing services.
